(Received G.OO p.m., April 20th.l The Bouao of Commons, by a majority of 95, rejected the Bimetalism Bill. Meiers W. H. Smith, leader of the Hou3e, Sir Goschen.Chancellor of the. Exchequer, and Sir Vernon Harcourt, on behalf of Blr Gladstone, opposed the measure. Mr Bilfuur supported the Bill, and Sir H. j James and Sir R. B. Wobater voted m favour of it.
