Replying to a question in tho Houae of Commons, Mr H. Matthews, the Homo Secretary, stated that tho Judge who tried the brothers Davies approved of the hanging of tho .elder brother as tho instigator of tho murder. Tho Colonising Committeo of the House of Commons will examine Sir T. Cockbum Campbell, of Western A"8---tralia^ and Mr Parker, on Wednosday.
