Another reading from the " Merchant of Venice" was taken part io by Mesara L. Watts, Blake, Hamilton, Colfcman, Vernon, and Miss Dash. The last piece of tho evening, the quarrel scene from " Julius Cirsar," was tho gem of the evening. The part of Brutus was taken by Mr Adams, and CasEuis by Mr D. A. Tajlor, both gentlemen giving their parts very effectively. This was tho first meeting of tho DeDating Club for this year, and all those present enjoyed tbonißelves thoroughly. D. McGuinness begß to inform the public that ho has sold out his interest m the Club Hotel, but still carries on tho business of the Railway Refreshment Rooms.
