There wns a fair entry of store cattle, and prices obtained were us follows :—lB-month-ol.l heifer? up to ft??, ditto steers up to IWs, 2-year-old heifors at £2 12s, 3-year-olds (misedl from £2 15s to .i' 2 IS*. Somo very fine- e:ilyc3 worn yarded and sold well, as hi^li as 33sbeing realised for a specially sood line. SHEEP. There was not a largo entry of limbs, but thov wero of very jrood finality and sold at fully up to the last quotations given. Thero wns a very small entry of store sheep, the principal lines sold bein^ on account of bonu !"b: owners, no dealers' lots being notieoable. A"o<i crossbred ewes sold nt from 5s to Us. A lhi<- of small lambs fetched Ds. Merino wethers rnnlisrd :5s iM, full montlied merino owes 2s 10 1. There wn3 iibont the usual entry of fiit sheep, senerally of excellent quality.
