In the railway accident in Southern Russia, it is now learnt that tho Czar and Czarina were thrown on to tho line, owing to the floor of the carriage in which they jwero trarelling collapsing. The Grand Duchess Olga was thrown on to tho side of the track, and the Grand Duke Michael was buried under tho dtbris of the wreckod carriage, but escaped without serious injury. One of the servants, who was handing tho Czar a cup of coffoo at tho time tho train was derailed, was struck by tho side of tho curriiigo falling in, and killed instantaneously. From inquiries niado it appears that the suspicion that tho accidonl \vaa duo to tho Nihiliats ia incorrect, and Unit the immediate causo of tho train leaving the iino was a defect in construction.
