THE RUSSIAN RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

Further particulars of tho railway accident in Southern Rnssia show that the train was travelling at express speed when the mishap occurred. The dining aaloon was wrecked and the sidea crushed in, but the roof of tho car tilting beneath one of the sides shielded the occupants from injury. The Imperial family was at breakfast at tho time. Several of tho suite were killed on other parts of the train. The catastrophe is at present believed to be accidental, but there is a lurking suspicion that Nihilists aro at tho bottom of it. f Received 12.30 p.m. Nov 2nd;. Following upon the derailing of the train conveying the Imperial Family, a number of arrests were made on suspicion of Nihilism. *Amon» those apprehended were tho special correspondents of tho London TimM and Standard. Theso gentlemen were sent under escort to Baku, tmt succeeded in proving their identity, and were subsequently released.
