SAMOAN NEWS.

(By Telegraph.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 30. The schooner Maile arrived from Tonga and Samoa to-day, but she bring 3no news of importance respecting the Samoan disturbance. H.M.S. Opul was at Tonga on the 12th, but the ohject of her visit was not known, whilst the German squadron was still at Samoa. Tamasese yet holds power, and parties from the Germau war vessels are out daily searching for Malietoa without success. A proclamation has been issued by the Germans that all who refused to recognise Tamasese as king would be considered rebels. On the 13th a meetiug was held at Mullina Point, when a great many Datives signed their allegiance to the king, but others did not, disobeying the order to attend the meeting which was convened by the Germans.
