SIR JULIUS YOGEL AT NAPIER.

NAPIER, Sept. 25. Sir Julius Yogel addressed a crowded meeting at the Gaiety Theatre last night. He spoke for twojhours, chiefly m attack on Mr Ormond, and he received hearty applause. At the close a vote of thanks and confidence m the Government was proposed. About 400 to 500 hands were held up for it, and only a dozen against it. Two-thirds of those present did not vote at all.
