Very littlo can now be said to remain m the bands of growers, tho bulk of what there is availablo being hold by millers. Our quotations aro as follows : — Primo milling, Tusoan and velvet, 4s 5d to 4s 6d ; red ohaff, 43 4d to 4s sd ; wholo fowl wheat (very "Tk scarce) 3s 6d to 3s 8d; brokon, 2s lOd to jy 3s 3d. val Oats. — There has been a 'quiet trado doing m these throughout the month, without, however, any improvement m values, the quantities under offer boing considerably m excess of the consumptive demand. As stooks both north and south are understood to bo_ comparatively small, and m fow hands, it is not improbable that the increased aotivity will be noticeable m the transactions dnring the — coming month.
