Notice. — Tnesday, tho 9th Novembor, Princo of Wales' Birthday, will bo obsorved as a close holiday. All mails usually despatched on Tuesday will bo closed on Monday at 8 p.m. .A delivery of letters will bo mado over tho counter from 8 till 9 p.m. On Tuesday tho telegraph branch will bo open between tho hours of 9 to 10 a.m., and 7 to 8 p.m. only.
