SAMOAN AFFAIRS.
(By Telegraph.) Auckland, Oct. 6. Advices from Samoa stale that the International Conference on the subject of the government of that country was holding its sittings when the mail left, but the nature of the business was not allowed to transpire. The American flag has been hauled down from over the Samoan flag, which is now flying alone. H.M.S. Miranda has left Samoa and gone to Kji.
