(By Telegraph.) Wellington, Sept. 25. Sir Julius Yogel has withdrawn his application for a new trial m the caso against the Evening Press. Blenheim, Sept. 25. At a meeting of Harlborough stockowners held to-day, it was rfesolved to form a Rabbit Board under tho amending Act of last session, the rabbit district to include, runs only m the . Seven are charges of larceny, one of rape on a child, two of forgery, two of sheepstealing, and two of passing base coin.
