Jnly 27—9 a.m.: Bar., 30.28; ther., 45; wind, S.W. light ; weather, overcast and gloomy; sea, slight swell. 5 p.m.: Bar., 30.40 ; thoi\, 47 ; wind, S.W. light ; wr-.tVr. ovorcast and gloomy ; soa, alight swoll. High water, this day, 11.12 a.m. ; 11.40 p.m. ARRIVED. July 27— Wareatea, s.s., 280 tons, Ewan, from Wostport. SAILED. July 27 — Spray, schooner, 50 tons, Palleson, for Stewart Island. July 27— Surah and Mary, brigantino, 145 tons, Priest, for Isvcrcargill. IMPORTS. In tho Waroatoa, John Jackson, agont and consignee : 300 tons coal. Tho brigantino Sarah and Mary and the achoonor Spray both sailed yesterday, tho former for Invercargill and tho latter for Stewart Island. Tho a.s. WaiOiitea arrived from Westport yesterday aftornoon and took up a borth at tho wharf, astern of the barque Dragon, bho brought 300 tons of coal, consigned to Mr John Jackson, and soon after arrival comnionced discharging.
