On Wednesday, at our rooms, Goraldino, wo sold, on account of tho mortgagee, 12J acres of land, situate at Kakahn, for On Thursday, at tho ram and owe sale, on tho grounds of tho Tomuka and Geraldino A. and P. Association, we subraittod to auction, on account of several owners, 69 rams and 850 merino ewes, and succeeded m selling 16 ram 3 as follows :— 6 English Leice3ter3 at .£1 10s each, 7 Bor dor Leicester 3 at Jll 10s to 42, 3 Southdown rams at each, nnd 200 merino ewes at la. , On Friday, at Moana, Geraldino, on acconnt of B. Bayley, Esq., we held a olearing sale ofsurplus stock, consisting- of Ayrshire cattle, pigs, horses, and farming implements. There was a largo, attendance of buyers from all parts of the district, and the result of the salo was extremely satisfactory, the stock, aa a whole, being well kept. To this fact alone we attribute tho success of tho sale. We havo to report the salo o£ Oakley farm, Orari, on acconnt of James Gregg, Esq. , to a local buyer at a satisfactory fißnro. Price withheld.
