SIR GEORGE. GREY AT INVERCARGILL.
[By Telegraph.] INVEROARaii.L, March 11. Despite the short notice given Sir George Grey's meeting to-night was very largely attended, the theatre being crowded. The speaker's subject was the nationalisation of the land, which he dealt with on the lines of hia Auckland address previously telegraphed. Sir George Grey received an attentive hearing, and at the close of the meeting a cordial vote of thanks for the address proposed by Mr Joyce, M.H.R., was heartily accorded.
