CONGREGATIONAL SUNDAY SCHOOL PICNIC.

The annual outing of this school took place on Jan. Ist, on tho estate of Mr Hoadley at Seadown. The party, about 250 m number, proceeded to tho placo of rendezvous m a special train which, left town at 9 a.m. The weather was all that could be desired. The showei-3 of the previous night having cleared and freshened the atmosphere, the young people and their friends were enabled to enter into the sports of the day and enjoy tho good things provided for them with true holiduy spirit. The delighted company returned to Timaru by the eight o'clock train.
