A joint note has been despatched to Servis from the Great Powers, warning her against the consequences of maintaining her present bellicose attitude. (Received 0.45 a.m., Oct. 24th.) London. Oct. 23. The majority of the Great Povers have agreed to the proposed Conference on the Roumelian question, aud the first sitting of the Conference will take place on the 26th inst.
