It is announced that Srr Henry Drummond Wolff, Envoy Ertraordiniuy to the Sublime Porto baa come to an arrangement with the Grand Vizier on the Egyptian question. The basis of the agreement is, nrst that the Turkish Commission shall accompany Sir H. Drummond Wolff to Egypt to assist m thu task of reorganisation.
