The Victorian quarterly returns give the revenue for the last three months aa £1,450,000, being a decrease on the corresponding period of la«t year of £24,000. The principal falling off is m excise, land sales and territorial revenue. ADELAIDE, Oct. 1. The revenue for the past quarter was £431,000, and increase of £21,000 compared with the same period of last year. (Received 9 p.m., Oct. Ist.) Sydney, Oct. 1. The smallpox patients at the quarantine station are reported by the Health authorities to be improving. No further cases have veen reported. In the Legislative Assembly this afternoon the Premier, Sir Alexander Stuart, gave notice to move the San Francisco mail resolutions.
