The balance of the credit of 200,000,000 francs for the military expenditure m Tonquin, towards ■which 50,000,000 have been already voted, was passed by the Chamber of Deputies last night. London, April 8. The Prince and Princess of Wales, accompanied by Prince Albert Victor, left for Dublin last night. Three per cent consols are at 98 J. The market rate of discount has been reduced to 2i per cent, and is now I per cent below the Bank rate. New Zealand securities remain at yesterday's quotations. Colonial breadstuffa are unaltered.
