The ] visitors elected to send the home team to bat. ( Studholme and W. H. Hargreaves, and at a i later stage, D. Wood, bowling. The score of tho visitors reached , 61, extras 13, giving them a substantial ad- , vantage over their opponents. Pearpoint and Bred Fish bowled for Geraldine. Tho latter ' succeeded m taking six wickets, and the ' former three. Dr K»h and the Boy. J l . A. ] Hare umpired for Oeraldine and Christ ! College respectively.
