It is understood that Sir Henry Loch will not arrive here until Tuesday next. In the Legislative Assembly this evening, the motion for an addreßS to the Queen praying that Her Majesty would cause to be submitted to the Imperial Parliament a measure providing for the constitution of a Federal Council for the Australian colonies was carried unanimously. A Ministerial Land Bill was introduced into the Asaembly to-nig'it, and a resolution m favor of tho establishment of a Federal Council was moved m the Legislative Council this evening. Hobabt, July 9. The question of establishing a Federal Council was brcjUjht up for discussion m the Legislative Council to-night, and a motion m favor of the same is now under consideration. Sydney, July 9. Sir William Jervois arrived here to-day.
