Colonial breadstuff's — Adelaide wheat off ' co.iat is selling at 38s Cd. Quotations ex granary aro unchanged. ! Tallow, Australian average quality — Beef 35s 6d, mutton 37a. Tho Australian mails per steamship Iburia from Melbourne, which left May 30th, were delivered here to-day. [Received 2.10 p.m., July 9th."i i July 8. In the House of Liords to-day the 1 Franchise Bill was under consideration, when Earl Cairns moved an amendment declaring that the proposed reform was unacceptable without a simultaneous provision for the redistribution of seats. It is as yet undecided whether the adjacent islands m the ■ Western Pacific will ba placed under the ' supervision of the Commissioner resident m New Guinea.
