Go-ahead arrived f rom Lyttolton at 2 o'clock yesterday, and was berthed airtern of tho s.s. Beaut'ful Star. She brought a quantity of merchandise. After discharging cargo the Go-Ahead left for Duneclin with a large number of passengers. Tfce brigantine Seagull hauled out from the wharf yesterday, &nd commenced taking m. tho last of her cargo from surf-boats. She will pro'uibly leave for Auckland today. The s.s. Beautiful Star made har usual Friday trip to this pore yesterday, bringing & quantity of merchandise. Her outward cargo consisted of wool and wheat. She left the wharf for Dunedin about six o'clock last evening. Mr A. Hayes' sciooner Spray arrived from Stewart Island yesterday with i full load of timber, which is consigned, to him. The Spray i 3 now under the command of Captain Palleson, late of the Good Templar, and who is wall and favorably known at this port.
