N.Z.Z.. & M.A. Co. SEASON 1883-4. Howard's Twine Binder. npho above Machine, although only intro--i. duced into New Zealend m January 1882, has by its merits so well established itself as the BEST IN IHE COLONY, that last Beason we were unable to supply tho unprecedented demand. We have received many Flattering Reports of the working of the Machines. Among others one says "he cut fiity-six acres of heavy Wheat, threshing out forty-five to fifty Bushels, m four days, with one team of threo horses." Another " that his Machine was put to a severe trial of strength by being capsized on a hillside, but when righted not the slightest damage was done, and it continued to work as well as before." From others we • learn " that aftor fixing their Machines, they have yoked up. and cut right away to the end of the hai-vest without a hitch." The EFFICIENCY and CAPACITY of the Machine has been greatly increased by tho following important IMPROVEMENTS added since last Beason : — SLIDING BINDER, IMPROVED REEL, SIMPLER KNOTTER, STRONGER CANVASSES, WORM AND WHEEL TS PLACE OP CHAIN FOR LIFTING, A DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SMALL SHEAVES. These, and others of less importance, we shall be happy to point out to any one favoring us with a call, and would strongly advisintendin,? Purchasers of Bindei-s to inspect the SAMPLE NOW ON VIEW at our Warehouse, or those shown by our respective Agents, before buying. These Improvements, coupled with the GREATER STRENGTH, LIGHTNESS OF DRAU&HT and GREAT DEPTH OF PLATFORM, whicli this Machine possesses, and the well-known excellence of Messrs Howard's workmanship, will enable the Binder to further increase its lead of all others, and prove its right to the title of "THE BOSS MACHINE."
