(By Telegeaph.) Auckland, Dec. 17. The City of Sydney, Captain fieabury, arrived from Sau Francisco Bhortly after 10 o'clock. Her pasjago was an uneventful one. Her passengers for Auckland are Major Cautley, Mrs Morrison and children (3), Mr and Mrs J. Studbolme, Mr and Mra Tyrrell, Mr and Mrs Savage, Measrs F. D. Bnckland, Joseph Banks, j. Grigjj, A. Bhodeg, V. Nicholas, and E. Palairet ; for Sydney, 58 paeeeneers, amonget whom are General Howelland Liont. Chackrell. Amongst her cargo for Anckland are — 1150 caßes of ealmon, 281 cases of canned goods, 50 caees of hop-, 10 half-barrels of salmon, 2379 boxes of apples, 10 caaes of brooms, and 4 coops of quail,
