The schooner Marmion arrived from Kaipara about- mid-day yesterday, and was moored at the inner buoys. She brings a, fall cargo of kauri timber for Mr John Jackson. Tho Union Company's 5.3. Mnhinupua is expected to arrive from Lyttelton this morning. She will load wool for transhipment at Port Chalmers. The barque Ganymede is rapidly filling up. She will probably sail about the end of tho week. The barque Mary Ann Annisou left Newcastle for this port on the 11th inst.
