Miscellaneous THE DIP FOE NEW ZEALAND. HATCH'S IS THE GENUINE Registered Trade Mark. •^V j. I H . *%£ J. I c? * XI X P SOLE MANUFACTURERS! J. HATCH & CO., IKVEHCARGILL. WE take this opportunity to state that the Dip sold under the agency of the Xew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) is not the "Wagon's Colonial Sheep Dip " as supplied to those gentlemen whose certificates are printed below, and which certificates are being appropriated without leave by those persons advertising them under the Agency B3 above. Testimonials and letters received to substjintiate this are given below. Edcndule Estate, 14th Junuarv, 1382. Messrs J. Hatch and Co., Invercargill. Dear Sirs, — Tn reply to your enquirv as to the success of (he Sheep Dip you supplied me with last season, I have much pleasure in stating that it gave me great satisfaction, and fully sustained the previous high opinion I had formed of your dipping compound. Without doubt, as tar as my experience goes, there is no Sheep Dip to compare with it in it3 lasting effects (and thia I believe is the most essential property in an insect-destroying compound, as any one of the numerous dipping preparations in the market will destroy vermin for the time being, and I never saw flocks so clean and free from lice and ticks as were tho.'e here at the past shearing season, notwithstanding that the dipping toot place so long ago a3 March. With regard to the use bv Mr Logan Wilson of the previous testimonial I gave you, I have only to any he certainly ha3 not my permission" to us'e it. The Dip he 13 I advertising may or may not be equal to of superior to yours for aught I know, but until I have hnd experience of the compound manufactured by him I must protest against the insertion of my testimonials to yours in his circular. I am, dear Sirs, yours truly, Wm.Hat, Manager (late of Totara Station). Morton Mains, Ist Octoher, 1881. Mr Hatch, Chemist, Tnvereargill. Dear Sir, — I wish to express Ely surprise to see my testimonial to you regarding the quality of your Sheep Dipping Composition, which bore date 31st December, 1880, copied and published under the Agency of New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company, by Mr Logan Wilson, of whose Dip I know nothing, never having purchased any except that manufactured by yourself only, and which I reported on. Yours truly, EOBEET McCAIXTTH. EOBT. WILKIN & CO M Timaru, Agents. THE WONDEE OF THE WOELDT" HEEMAN'S WOELD - EENOWNED SHEEP-WASH A>'D CELEBEATED VEEMIN DESTEOYEE.
