In the Legislative Council this evening the Bill to amend the Acts relating to contempt of Court was again brought up for consideration. The second reading of the measure was moved by the Hon. W. B. Dalley, and the discussion on tho motion was still proceeding when the House rose. The debate was then adjourned.
