Australia — Low pressure on the south coast and high over New South Wales and on the west coast ; westerly winds. Barometer.— ln New Zealand : At Russell, 29.7 ; Wellington, 29.6 ; Blnff, 29.8. In Australia: At Albany, 30.3; Hobart 29.9 ; Portland, 29.6 ; Sydney, 30.4.
