Tho Mount Cook Road Board, m which the Trusteeship of these Cemeteries is vested, shall have full power and control over them, according to the provisions of the Cemeteries Act 18S2. 2. Any purchaser of a privato plot may transfer his or hor interest therein to any other person, or may obtain a duplicate title to such plot m case of loss, by payment of a fee of Ono Shilling. 7. Plans of the Cemeteries will be kept, showing tho plots laid off m the several subdivisions thereof, and each plot will have a separate number on the plans. All plans and documents relating to tbose Cemeteries will bo oponfor the inspection of the public on payment of a fee of Ono Shilling for each inspection. 8. In all cases of intended interment, the undertaker or person having tho control or management of the same, shall apply to the Clerk to the Mount Cook Road Board, or any of the members thereof, for a burial warrant, which must bo m the form appended to theso regulations.
