April 11— Wave, from Kaipara. sailed. c April 11 — Rotomahana, 3.5., for the »orth. Wellington, April 11. ArriTOd— Penguin, s.a., from Pioton and * Nelson; D'Arcy Pratt, brigantino, from Kaipara. Sailed — Penguin, s.s., for tho south. The Wakatipu left Sydney at 5.15 p.m., and cleared the Heads at 6 p.m. on the 6th ; passed Stephen's Island at noon to-day, reaohing Wellington at 5.30 this evening. She experienced light variable wind 3 and fine weather throughout. When off Stephen's Island a spar of a vessel was passed, bat it could not bo made out whether it belonged to a large or small vessel. Passengers— For Lytleton: — Meadanies Garnott and child, Piemont and two children, Messrs Coldicott, Stoad and Napier Bell ; nine steerage. For Dunedin: twelve steerage.
