I Bod from Mr Dobson that his estimate does not iocludo that portion of the houce services, as m nil other drainage eohemeß it is usual for tho proprietor to beat that portion of the coft. The ertimated extra cost would be small, ranging from twenty-five shillings to two pounds sterling per each connection. I am still m favor cf tbe icbeme, but deemed it my duty to place tho fact before ratepayers, m order to prevent disappointment and dissatisfaction afterwards. I
