[Reuter's Agency.] THE EGYPTIAN QUESTION. Constantinople, June 8. Negotiations arc still proceeding m regard to the proposed conference on the Egyptian Question. The Porte is adopting a firm attitude of objection to the proposal on the ground that its mission to Egypt will succeed m effecting everything that is necessary m the establishment of the crisis.
