before the Assembly to-day, completely exonerates Mr Wm. Bent from all charges, Sydney, June 8. Sailed, this evening — Union Company's s.s. Arawata, for Auckland. The A.S.N. Company's eteamer Ranelagh, which went ashore at King's Reef near Cardwell early last month, is reported as having arrived at Cleveland Bay, on tbe Queensland Coast, and il now coaling.. The report on tbe New South "Wales railway lines shows that the profits for last year amounted to 5.33 per cent on the capital expended.
