[Reuter's Agency.] London, Not. 16. A Bins Boole has 1 been issued containing documents and despatches m regard to Egyptian affairs. Amongst the latter is a despatch by Earl Granville to Mr E. B. Malet, C.8., British Minister at Cairo, m which the Foreign Secretary point* out that the aim of the policy of England m regard to Egypt is solely to promote a prosperous condition, and the liberty of that country, and to that end His Lordship especially urges the necessity for the vigorous prosecution of certain needful reforms. Earl Granville concludes by eulogising the efforts already made by Cherii Pasha, recently appointed President of th« Egyptian Council of Ministers to strengthen the tie between Egypt and the Porte, which His Lordship is of opinion will be the best safeguard against foreign interference m Egyptian affairs.
