[Reuter's Agency.] London, April 25. In tho House of Commons this evening tho Irish Land Bill carao up for discussion on tho second reading. In the course of tho debate tho Right Hon. Edward Gibson, Q.C., who was AttornoyGoncr.il for Ireland under the last administration, made a speech, m which he denounced m strong terms the provisions of tho muasuro beforo tho House. Both Houses of Parliament adjourned this evening until 9 p.m. to-morrow (Tuesday^, as a tribute of respect to the memory of the late Earl Beaconsßeld.
