THE BASUTO REBELLION.
(By Cable. — Reuter's Agexcy.) Capetown, March 28. News has been received to-day from Basntoland, reporting the resumption of hostilities between the Basutos and colonial forces. A severe battle has been fought between the latter, under Colonel Carrington, and Hie enemy, but without a decided snecess to either side.
