Wheat — A few sales are to be noted at 4s 9d to ss, according to sample. Chicken wheat has been wanted, and the few odd lots coming forward have been picked up at 3s 6d to 4s. Oats are unchanged, and holders are anxious to sell at rcducod rates. Flour is selling at £12 10s to £13. The cutting of ryegros3 is proceeding, and a few forward transactions have token place at 2s 9d to 3s. Butter sells at 7d ; cheese at 5Jd to 6d. Hams and bacon arc rather scarce. In consequence of the usual weekly sale being held on Monday instead of Wednesday, there was but little stock brought forward, and even with tho short supply there was no demand, the whole sale being one of the dullest ever held at Addington.
