Wheat is quoted at from <ls to 4b Gd per bushel ; fowls' wheat, 3s to 3s 3d ; oats, 2s Id to 2s 3d; barley, 5s to 5s Gd ; feed, 3s to 3s Gd ; potatoes, £5 to £5 7s Gd per ton ; hay, new, £t ; chaff, ,C 4to £4 10s j straw, £2 5s ; bran, £4 5s ; flour, m large sacks £10, m small bags, £10 10s ; oatmeal, £14 ; pearl barley, £20 ; onions, 14s per cwt j cheese, 7d to 8d per lb ; bacon 9d. Fat cattle are quoted at from 30s for prime and 27s Gd for medium, per lOOlbs ; fat sheep fetch slightly under 2d per lb.
