[Rbuter's Agency.] London, June 12. Further Cape news states that Sir Battle Frere granted a temporary constitution to the Transvaal Boers, who were satisfied with the concessions made. No important movements of the British troops had taken place, owing to the difficulty of transport. A successful raid had been made into Zululand, and a j quantity of cattle brought m. Cetewayo'o army is reported to be mustering m large numbers.
