KIMBER, Bootmaker, late Manager of the Ark, has no loDger any connection with that Establishment, m consequence of his late employer having privately sold the premises to another firm, whereby a legal mode of injustice m depriving me of my connection has been done. I therefore resolved to take premises, and open business for myself, and by the kindness of Mr Fruhauf, who hns made room speoially for me, I Have secured commanding premises m the centre of the town — Next door to Gabites and Plante's Drapery, near the Post-office and Theatre, Main South Road, Timaru — where I have now opened, and will m future trade on my own account. I therefore acoept this opportunity to sincerely thank my numerous supporters who have accorded me their liberal patronage m the past, and also to ask them for their support m the future, on which alone depends the success of my new undertaking, for which I shall ever esteem their kindness, and make it my constant effort to prove worthy the same. No longer fettered by an absentee employer, lam now free to exercise a thorough knowledge of my trade m all its branches, coupled with a life experience.
