The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) report, under date, Melbourne, 28th August, 1878, as follows : — Since the date of our last report the tone of the market for breadstuff a has been decidedly easier. Prime chevalier is exceedingly scarce, and any lots offering would reamly command 6s 6d to 6s 9d. Cape and Oregon are in good request at 5s 6d. HAIZB.
