NORTH-ROAD NUISANCE.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE TIMABU HBBAID. SIE, — Be good enough to render the following advice to the Borough Works Committee, as by so doing you will perhaps enable them to give a different opinion on the above nuisance, the next time they go to report on the came : — That is for each and every one of them to take a good pinch of Levy'B snuff, which will prodoce a tickling sensation upon their olfactory nerves. Ihe snme, we lire smv, will convince them that Mr Elworthy, at.d all those who pass up and down the Northroad, have just grounds for complaining, and for endeavoring to get the night-soil removed to a more suitable place.
