NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS. Arrangements having been made for the delivery of the Timaru Herald m the town, subscribers residing uot more than a mile from the Post-office, can now have their papers left at their houses by 8 a.m., on the mornings of publication. The Proprietors particularly request that any irregularity m the delivery be at once communicated to them, when it will be immediately .icuicriieii.
