The Teacher, Mr. Ross, has been a Frst Class Queen's Scholar at the F. C. Training College, Edinburgh (Scotland), for two successive sessions, and on two different occasions he has been a prizeman m the Science and Art Department. He holds a Certificate of Merit from the Home Government, and has been rated first class for competency under the Education Board of Victoria.
