The smaller one could be built and running m about four or five months, and the larger m about eight or ten months. It ia also purposed to take over the river steamer "Tuapeka" at a valuation, to run on the Molyneux m conjunction with tho .Southern steamer. More than three-fourths (3-4ths) of the capital has already been subscribed, and taken up principally by Merchants, and others directly interested m the trade oi the various ports.
