(2) To amend rule 8—13: The annual subscription payable in advance shall be for a Club entering both senior and junior teams £110s, for a club enter-ing-only a only a junior team £1; also that Is be paid for each member registered, at the time of registration, and Is for each honorary .member's, tioket issued to clubs. No delegate to be allowed to yote until the club he represents has paid its subscription and all amounts due to the Association.—Carried. An amendment that caps be provided was lost, and a further'amendment that the matter be left in 1 the hauds of the Managing Committee to deul with at ah early date was eventually carried.— The motion was then put and lost. . \ Umpires and Scorers, —It was resolved that it be a recommendation to the Managing Committee that a number of persons, willing and capable to act as umpires'-'andi'scorers, be elected hon. members of tho Associa* tion; 'V Outstanding Dues.—This matter raised considerable comment, and eventually the secretary was instructed to write to those Clubs in arrears; and ascertain what members had failed to pay their subscriptions for last year.
