Pross Association-Electric Telegraph-Copyright Pbetowa, September 25. Kruger, in bidding farewell to Steyn, President of the Orange Free State, said he was glad that the Afrikanders of Cape Colony had remained loyal to the flag which Rhoties had trod into the mire.
