APPREHENSIONS OF MOLESTATION. GREAT ANXIETY PREVAILING. London, April 20 Anxiety prevails in Britain that America and Spain, not, having subscribed to the Treaty of Par's, will be entitled to seize en emy's property carried under a neutral flag, and it is feared British shipping will be molested.
